Fees and Delivery

My fees are laid out for standard-sized portraits with a plain background. Portraits are supplied unframed. Adding background will incur an additional cost which can be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of the portrait.

The fees quoted are for the portrait only. Packing and postage are separate and dependent on the option selected. Most customers choose to pay via Internet bank transfer, but you can also pay via personal cheque or postal order. Prices are exclusive of VAT which is charged at the standard rate.

Fees for landscapes and architectural studies will be costed after reviewing the photograph and taking the client’s brief

Extra copies of your drawing or watercolour

Giclée copies are high quality prints of your original artwork. I offer what is known as giclee print (pronounced “zhee-clays”). Giclée can be used to reproduce most types of art. Ideal if you wish to make a copy and share a portrait with friends and family. There is also the option to turn the portrait into cards for a celebration, or an architectural picture into postcards.

The prices below also include postage, for UK orders.
For international orders, or larger copies please get in touch for a custom quote.

Giclee Print Prices

For up to and including 12″ x 12″ inch size: one copy = £85.00 (for each additional copy, add £17.00)

For up to and including 16″ x 23″ inch size: one copy = £110.00 (for each additional £30.00)

Postage & Packing

UK up to and including 16″ x 16″ size = £20.00 (Royal Mail Tracked Special Delivery)

UK above 16 x 16 inches = £35 (UPS courier)

Worldwide up to and including 16″ x 16″ = £35 (UPS courier)

Worldwide above 16″ x 16″ = £45 (UPS courier)

Details

For smaller portraits being sent to UK destinations I use the Royal Mail’s Next Day Special Delivery service, as above.

All portraits are fully insured in the mail. If you are in the London region you can also collect in person if you wish.

Some people like to visit to view their commission and go to my framers to choose a frame and mount with me, which I am more than happy to do if given prior notice.

Please note that customs import charges which may be applicable to international orders are not included

Guarantee and returns policy

All commissions require a 40% deposit, on instruction, with the balance due on the approval of a final scan of your portrait. Please read the terms and conditions for full details.
